About BoroGreen's framework for action: how the strength of individual initiative combined with working together are essential to successfully build a sustainable community.

All projects within BoroGreen are initiated and championed by individuals with a passion for something "green". They then connect with others to see how they could combine forces to get things done. BoroGreen provides a framework for action: a place to learn from others, to connect with like-minded people and organizations. Our resources include:

  • informal monthly meetings or field trips
  • a network of passionate and talented fellow citizens who might be able to help
  • relationships with the public library and other organizations
  • fundraising or financial support for projects
  • this website

Our current projects

If you like an existing project as listed on the left, don't hesitate to get involved. Each project has its own project page with details on objectives and whom to contact.
